Our first new listing is at 76 Teapot Valley Road, in Brightwater. This home is one of the areas’ undiscovered secrets – well off the road, totally private, and elevated enough to enjoy some pretty stunning views. The RV is $1.15 m.
Our second listing is a little different – it is the Melrose House Café business – set in a large historic building, amongst lush, manicured grounds in Nelson’s inner city, this is an incredible business opportunity if you want to take advantage of the existing infrastructure to expand into catered functions such as weddings.
