From myself and my Nelson Fine Homes team as well as the wider team at Bayleys Real Estate we want to reach out and let you know we are doing everything we can do to support our people at this time. Covid-19 is changing our landscape very quickly and we want to assure you that we consider the health and wellbeing of our our people, home owners and buyers to be our absolute priority.  As you are aware, we have been following all Ministry of Health updates and guidance and will continue to do so over the coming weeks.

So what’s happening with the Nelson property market? Buyers are still buying and Sellers are still selling albeit at a much slower pace, the demand is still strong. The process may change ever so slightly during this time. We are taking precautions for example at my open homes we will be providing hand sanitisers on entry, wiping down door handles with antibacterial cleaning products, prior and after viewings and we will be hanging loose, fist bumping or chicken winging.

If you are a buyer finding it really hard to buy and struggling to find the one or missing out then let me know. Lean on my team and I and let us get your wish list and proactively find properties that are not even on the market yet for you to consider.
